Hereinafter the “controller”.
These rules apply in particular to the processing of personal data of website visitors and of persons who contact the controller through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone.
2. Contact form and communication
If you contact us through the contact form, we process the personal data you enter in it, in particular:
- your name,
- your e-mail address,
- your phone number, if you provide it voluntarily,
- the content of your message,
- the date and time the message was sent,
- any related technical data necessary to secure the form and the website.
We process personal data for the purpose of:
- handling your enquiry and communicating with you,
- preparing an offer and negotiating possible cooperation,
- protecting our rights and documenting the course of the communication,
- ensuring the security of the website and protecting it against misuse.
The legal basis for the processing is:
- steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- our legitimate interest in handling general communication, protecting our rights and securing the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your e-mail address and message is necessary for us to be able to handle your enquiry. The phone number is optional.
Without your separate consent we do not use the data obtained through the contact form to send newsletters or other marketing communications.
If you have allowed marketing technologies in the consent bar, your e-mail address and phone number are also passed to Google after the form is submitted, exclusively in the form of an irreversible hash, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising. Details, including what is not passed on, are set out in Article 7.
3. Retention period
Data contained in an ordinary enquiry is retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, but no longer than 12 months from the last communication.
If a contractual relationship arises from the communication, we may continue to process the data for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for the period required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Unsolicited, clearly unrelated or dangerous messages may be deleted sooner.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be accessed, to the necessary extent, by:
- persons involved in handling your enquiry,
- the provider of web hosting and technical administration of the website,
- the provider of e-mail services,
- providers of IT support and security,
- the provider of tools for measuring website traffic and advertising performance (Google Ireland Limited) — only if you give consent to the relevant measurement,
- other professional collaborators bound by a duty of confidentiality,
- public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers of technical, hosting or e-mail services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such a transfer occurs, it takes place only if the conditions of the GDPR are met, in particular on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Specifically, this concerns Google Analytics and Google Ads, which are provided for Europe by Google Ireland Limited and whose data may also be made available to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework), of which Google is a participant. A transfer only takes place if you have given consent to the relevant measurement.
6. Interactive map
The website may display an interactive map using the Leaflet library and OpenStreetMap map data.
When the map data is loaded, technical data may be transmitted to the map service provider, in particular your IP address, information about your browser and the date and time of the request. The purpose is to show the location of our registered office and offices.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing visitors with contact and navigation information.
7. Cookies, traffic measurement and advertising measurement
A detailed overview of cookies and similar technologies, their purpose and duration is set out in a separate document, Cookie information.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic. The data processed includes in particular the pages visited, the source of the visit, the approximate location derived from the IP address and technical data about the device and browser. The purpose is to find out how the website is used and to improve its content.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without it the measurement tool does not start at all and no data is processed. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Data collected as part of the measurement is retained for 14 months from the last visit.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads)
We advertise in search engines. In order to know which advertisement leads to an enquiry, we use Google Ads. The data processed includes in particular the identifier of the click on the advertisement, information about which page was visited and whether an enquiry was made, and technical data about the device and browser.
The measurement includes the enhanced conversions feature. If you submit the contact form, your e-mail address and phone number are passed on together with the information about the enquiry, but exclusively in the form of an irreversible hash (the SHA-256 cryptographic function), which is created already in your browser. Google uses the hash to verify whether the enquiry belongs to an earlier click on an advertisement — for example when you clicked the ad on a phone and submitted the form from a computer. The hash cannot be used to read the original data back.
Your name, the content of your message and anything else you write in the form are not passed on. The transfer only concerns a submitted contact form; nothing of the kind is transmitted when you merely browse the website, click a phone number or use the price calculator.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give in the consent bar under the Marketing category. Without it the advertising tool does not start at all and nothing is transmitted — not even a hash. Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Refusing consent has no effect whatsoever on how your enquiry is handled or on the terms of any cooperation.
8. Your rights
Under the conditions laid down by the GDPR you have in particular the right to:
- obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and request access to it,
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- request erasure of personal data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where the conditions for portability are met,
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@amtax.cz or via data box srmfe5c.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.
9. Automated decision-making
When processing the personal data of website visitors and of persons submitting the contact form, no automated individual decision-making or profiling takes place that would have legal or similarly significant effects for you.
10. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse.
Please do not use the ordinary contact form to send accounting documents, tax returns, identity documents, payroll records or other sensitive documents. We will agree a secure way of transferring them with you individually.
11. Final provisions
These rules may be updated, in particular in response to changes in the technologies or providers used or in legislation.
Effective from 21 August 2026.
