Cookie information

This is a translation of the Czech original. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device when you visit a website. A similar function can be performed by other technologies, such as the browser's local storage or identifiers used by external services.

2. Who operates this website

The operator of the website is:

  • Mgr. Daniela Havlíčková, tax adviser
  • Company ID: 45826854
  • registered office: Husova 145/68, Poděbrady II, 290 01 Poděbrady, Czech Republic
  • e-mail: info@amtax.cz

3. What this website stores

The website distinguishes three groups of technologies: essential ones, without which it would not work the way you expect, and analytics and marketing ones, which we only start with your consent. You give consent to each group separately.

Essential technologies

These are three records in the browser's local storage, not cookies. They contain no personal identifier, never leave your device and are not passed on to anyone. The first one remembers that the intro animation has already been shown or skipped, so it is not replayed every time you move between pages. The second keeps track of which group of the ongoing test of that animation you are in, so that the site does not behave differently from one page to the next. The third remembers your choice from the consent bar — without it we would have to ask you on every visit.

Traffic measurement (with consent only)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. We want to know how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and where they came from — it helps us improve the site.

Without your consent the measurement tool does not start at all. It does not run in the background, sends nothing and stores nothing on your device; its code is not even loaded into the page until you click consent in the bar. If you refuse consent or withdraw it later, we learn nothing about your visit.

You can change your consent at any time — there is a Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or you can . After consent is withdrawn we stop the measurement immediately and delete the cookies created up to that point.

Advertising measurement (with consent only)

We advertise in search engines. To know which advertisement led to an enquiry and how much it cost us, we measure what happened after a click on the ad — whether the visit ended with the form being submitted or with a click on the phone number or e-mail address. Without that we would be paying for advertising blind. We currently use Google Adsand Sklik operated by Seznam.cz.

Without your consent the advertising tool does not start at all — just as with traffic measurement, its code is not even loaded into the page. Consent to marketing technologies also means we can show you our advertising in a more targeted way; refusing does not switch it off, you will simply see it like anyone else.

The measurement includes enhanced conversions. If you submit the contact form, your e-mail address and phone number are passed on together with the information about the enquiry — not in the open, but as an irreversible hash (SHA-256) created already in your browser. Google uses it to recognise that the enquiry belongs to an earlier click on an advertisement, even if you changed device in the meantime. Your name and the text of the message are not passed on, and nothing at all is passed on during ordinary browsing. Details are set out in Article 7 of the Privacy Policy.

The purpose is described in general terms on purpose: the tools change over time. If another tool is added for the same purpose, we will add it to the overview below. We will ask you for new consent when a different purpose than those described above would be added.

Map of our office

The website displays an interactive map built on the Leaflet library with map data from OpenStreetMap. The map is only loaded once you scroll down to it — if you never look at it, no connection to the map data provider is made.

When the map tiles are loaded, your IP address, information about your browser and the time of the request are passed to the map data provider (the OpenStreetMap Foundation). This is technically necessary for the map to be displayed at all. The map itself stores no cookies on your device. You can find the provider's terms at osmfoundation.org.

Apart from these items the website itself stores nothing else on your device — no other cookies and no database in the browser. With consent to marketing technologies, Google may additionally store its own cookies on its own domains (for example doubleclick.net); those are not managed by us, are governed by Google's terms and stop being created as soon as you withdraw consent.

Transfer of data to the measurement provider

Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided for Europe by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The data may also be made available to Google LLC in the United States; such a transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework), of which Google is a participant. Processing on Google's side is governed by its own terms, available at policies.google.com.

The Sklik advertising system is operated by Seznam.cz, a.s., Radlická 3294/10, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, Company ID 26168685. The data stays within the European Union and is not transferred outside it. You can find the processing terms at seznam.cz/ochranaudaju.

Traffic measurement is set up so that Google is not given your name, e-mail address or anything else you write to us in the form. The only exception is the enhanced conversions described above: with consent to marketing technologies, a hash of your e-mail address and phone number is passed on after the form is submitted. Your name and the content of the message stay with us in any case.

5. Consent

To store analytics and marketing cookies on your device we need your prior consent — this follows from Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications. You give consent by clicking in the bar shown on your first visit, separately for each group. The essential technologies described above do not require consent, because without them the website would not work the way you requested.

Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time, just as easily as you gave it — using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If you do not give consent, the website works exactly the same; we just will not know you were here.

6. Browser settings

You can also restrict or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The website works in that case too — the only effect is that the intro animation plays again and the consent bar is shown again.

7. Personal data

Where the use of cookies or external technologies involves the processing of personal data, that processing is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this information

We may update this information from time to time, in particular when the technologies or service providers used change. If the scope of processing requiring consent is extended, we will ask you for consent again.

Effective from 21 August 2026.
